This is the latest info I have.
The amenity has a CO. We should have control in 6-9 days. We will be able to have the board meeting there the 22 nd at 6:30 PM.
They are busy taking care of final details that need to be fixed. Warranties, pool, exercise equipment information yesterday. Lots of paperwork documents. We went over plumbing and HVAC issues today. We have a waterless urinal to care for. Have several items for electrician next. One of the pool lights is out.
We are getting close. Found out the pool heater is also a cooler.
We bought one 8 foot LifeTime made in USA folding table.
